Kans and Kandy Property Development Ltd

Kans and Kandy Property developments was set up in 2007 as a special purpose vehicle (SPV) to manage the development of sites acquired by the group. It's primary functions are:

•        Site identification
•        Site  acquisition
•        Planning
•        Site development.

Once the sites have been completed, they are then transferred to KKP for ongoing management .
